30-Minute Intro Call

In-Person Visit
If we both want to keep going, I'll travel to you to tour the business, get to know each other better, and discuss what a good transition looks like for you.
Offer & Diligence
You'll receive a fair offer, followed by an open diligence process. I'll be clear about what I need, why I need it, and where we stand at each step.
Close & Transition
A transition plan built around your goals. Whether you want to stay involved or step away completely, I'll make sure the handoff is smooth and your team feels supported.
